Look At Where We Are Now...

Latest updates:

1. My university has resumed classes. So, I’m studying mostly through an online portal, where my lectures would put up videos and powerpoint presentations for students to download and study. I do have some lectures being taught in tents, yeah…tents. But mostly, the actual studying is mostly done online for now.
2. Truth be told, I have yet to touch any of my psychology lectures because I know I can download those anytime and they don’t really have much assignments beside my lab report that have yet to be assign for students to start doing just yet. Right now, I’m mostly doing my Statistics weekly tutorials as well as my Philosophy weekly assignments. My other course, Linguistics is also quite easy now. It’s also mostly just downloading the notes, trying out the exercises and checking your answers.
3. Among my courses, I am loving the Philosophy course. You cannot imagine the things I have to go through…an online tarot card reading? tons of YouTube videos? many many topics of interest for me? Yeah! Okay, let me make it clear first, my Philosophy course is entitled, Philosophy: Science; Good, Bad and Bogus. So basically, what I’ve learned so far?
4. I studied about how our sometimes our minds tend to fail and our senses might also seem to trick ourselves. Just think, optical illusions? Yeah! Then, I learned about many other stuff…wondering about how to educate our brains..The things I have to learn so far, is just amazing. Just last week, I studied about the fake life of psychics. I learned about ‘cold reading’. I even learned about the art of ‘dowsing’. I also learned about how astrology and other so-called ‘personality readers’ and how they work. All these make science appear bogus but yet, we as humans still believe it.
5. Besides all that in university, I don’t really have anything else bothering me. Of course, I have the more than occasional video-watching, as well as movie watching but I guess that doesn’t really matter. Reading my Philosophy and Psychology textbook is also very interesting now, although it is filled with words almost on every page.

Oh, life is a fickle thing. First, I honestly wanted to finally stop blogging. I felt it was too taxing, I didn’t want to think of what to blog about anymore and hoping someone out there would read it beside ghosts. Then, looks like I am making it come back. I dunno, hopefully this is a right choice.
Oh, and guess what...It's the end of March now. Soon, it's going to be April and then..May....June...July...oh God...
