Take a look at yourself in the mirror, who do you see looking back?
Is it the person you want to be, or is there someone else you were meant to be, the person you should have been but fell short of?
Is someone telling you, you can't or you won't? Because you can.

Sometimes happiness doesn't come from money or fame or power. Sometimes happiness comes from the good friends and family. And from the quiet nobility of leading a good life.

Believe that love is out there, believe that dreams come true everyday, because they do.
So take a look at that mirror and remind yourself to be happy because you deserve to be, believe that.

My Friend....Komathi.

What can I say about this person we know as Komathi? Well, many words can describe her, but she is not one who can have that certain number of words to define her. She is just so much more than anyone can imagine especially those that know her well & have the privilege to be her friend.

Truth be told, Komathi isn't your ordinary friend but one with her own personality & I believe that how she was brought up by her mom & her elder sister has moulded her to be a person who can not only care for herself well, but for others as well.

She had been someone who I found to be a very courageous and persevering person in life. She and her family live in a very happy environment even when things may seem stacked on ends. She has always inspired me to understand that sometimes, life is never that easy but it is how you make of it that brings the difference in how one lives as compared to another.

Yes, she is another inspiration to me, and a real good one too. She always wanted to learn medicine and then help her family later on in life. I find that one dream that must be fulfilled because she deserves it. True enough, right now it may seem rather difficult, but my advice Komathi, do not never ever give up that hope, that dream. My belief is with you and even if you can't study medicine in the future, I will always wish that in whatever you are gonna study, you will still succeed well in it and then be able to help your family out.

Now, how did I meet her? What a foolish question. Everybody knows we went to Form Six and met each other there. She was rather shy at first, I guess but she was still able to show she wasn't just a student there, she was hardworking and well, she was a very determined individual when she started Form Six. She was always seen with her friends from her previous school, especially the princess so at that time it was rather hard to make friends with her.

I wouldn't say she is hard to befriend, but she is very cautious with who she makes friends with, I believe this has to do with her past but I'm glad she had let down her guard and decided to befriend me. I have to say it was probably my silly antics that were the main reason but I will let her decide on that. When Upper Six started, I have to say that that was when we had gotten much closer with her being much more open about herself to not only me but to the others as well.

I remember there was once when she said, "Guys like you are the ones who always makes me smile. I never had guy friends who are like you, you guys are the best 'boy' friends I've ever had." I wouldn't say that she only meant me but I'm sure she was referring to all the guys in the Form Six Science class of which I have to say, you guys did an awesome job of being a friend to this girl here. You rock, guys.

One of the things I enjoyed helping Komathi would be to help her experience life more. What do I mean by that? Well, she finally realizes that not all guys are as bad as they may seem. Besides that, I believe she got to try different taste of food in this world. If I'm not wrong, she has tried 'unagi' before. Some exotic taste for this girl, definitely.

This is Komathi. All cheery smiles, with a picture of a hot guy beside her. Ain't she so lucky?

Yeah, we all can see that Komathi. The red, yellow and black stripe on your face!

Ain't she the happiest in all her pictures? Yes she is. Definitely.

True enough, from the pictures of her, you can see very well she is a pretty cheerful person. I believe that the joy she feels from joining her friends always and always makes her so happy. Sometimes, it actually makes me wonder, what can bring Komathi seriously down because if I do know, then she won't have to ever be unhappy at all. Cheerios to her in everything she will be doing in her future again, she should know that if ever she needs help, she can always call any of her friends, that would have to include me.

As usual, smile and wave guys. Another post is done. Can't wait for the next one to be completed. You will know why.

Haha guys. Nice comments for Komathi. Yeah, I'm sure she will remember us well. And hopefully, those murukkus can come here to NZ too. Wait, I think might not. NZ has too strict laws with food. Oh well, now everytime I come back from there I'm gonna make sure to get some from her then!!
