Sometimes, you come to the fact of life that, you just can't predict everything that is gonna happen in your life. And that sucks.
One of the surprises I got was last night or in other words, early this morning. My cousins from Singapore came to my house around like…one in the morning?
Owgosh….They decided to sleepover at my crib before going back to my hometown.
So, I got like, a total surprise and I had to share my room that night with my cousin.
They didn’t really stay long, let’s see….probably six or seven hours in my house and they left to continue their journey back to Taiping….sweat….
Anyways, after my cousins left…My family decided to go ‘kai-kai’ a.k.a. ‘shobbing’ at like…The Pavilion KL!!
Usually, we don’t go there..cause it’s like…woohoo, far away in the heart of KL and the parking is…woohoo pain in the wallet….
I thought it’s gonna be like…boring…over there…cause it’s shobbing, shobbing, shobbing….
What else to do there la….
But today, it was like totally the opposite for me…Like woohoo….get to meet big shots over there…
And I don’t mean those with shotguns and shoot everybody…
I mean people with power….People that has fame…fortune…and just oozing with power when ya see them…Well, that’s what I think at least…
Come on….My family and I heard some lion dance music from the JW Mariott hotel, so we just took a casual walk there to check it out…
Little did we know that…The owner of YTL Corporation, the guy is like totally rich and famous in Malaysia was like having a ‘open house’ celeb and he has invited a lot of big shots and celebs(as in celebrities) to the hotel.
Among those that I saw include Tan Sri Yeoh Tiong Lay (The owner), his family except Datuk Francis Yeoh, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin with his big family (all got big angpaus from the Yeohs), Datuk Jimmy Choo (This dude is the one who made shoes for Princess Diana once upon a time and got like, globally famous for it), The Sultan Of Selangor, The Yang di-Pertuan Agong and a lot of other ambassadors from other countries…
It’s like totally freaking awesome…unfortunately, I couldn't get closer to at least rub shoulders with them (hoping their fortune might rub off on me) because of the ‘tight’ police force all around them….
Here it is, try and squint your eyes to see the guy with white pants and a batik shirt. That's Tan Sri Yeoh Tiong Lay (To the left, to the left). Those people were standing there waiting for the Agong to arrive. The Agong was the last to arrive after some of the ambassadors already left the building.
Woohoo...Look at this babe right here...Only royalty sits in her, man... As a matter of fact, this is the official vehicle for the Sultan of Selangor. White rim tyres are totally not from here and it's a Rolls Royce not the Malaysian 'Roy's Rolls'...
Well, after seeing the Agong enter the hotel, everybody started to disappear from the scene…cause there’s nothing else to see…
After that, I followed my mom shobbing and the rest is history…or so the saying goes….
The rest of the day, I was really hoping to get a glimpse of how the solar eclipse would look like but I didn’t get to see it!!
You know why? Cause clouds blocked the sky around my area…
Waaaaahhhh…..now have to wait until….2026??!!!
And another thing going on with me now….
I’m going gaga for Lady GaGa…
Like totally…She’s just so hot…and her songs are freakin’ friggin’ nice!!!
If you still don’t know who is Lady GaGa, SHAME ON YOU!!!
Check my playlist at the bottom of the page and you’ll see her songs….
*Ma ma ma ma…I wanna hold them like they do in Texas plays...
Okay…till next time…
Here’s my good wish to everybody out there reading my blog…
A VERY HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!
