My Friend....Kar Man.

My second article. And this time it revolves around Thong Kar Man. Maybe she might feel shy about this but hopefully she understands my article about her though it may seem simplistic and non-professional in my words.

To start, Kar Man is a very sweet and shy girl when I first met her in the early days of Form Six. She sat beside another girl, and she always appeared so prim and proper. She’s always very attentive in class and very friendly to others. She was someone very shy at first and it was hard to really to get to know her in the beginning. She always kept herself in her own shell, her own corner and yes, she did try to know the rest in class but she always had that reserved thought in herself. That was what that made me feel that she was someone very, very shy and there had to be something that I could do to make her open up. To let her be comfortable with the others in class. Though I know that wasn’t my job, but I felt that she should do that…

As time went by, the class had to reshuffle the table arrangements…and poof, before I knew it, she was sitting beside me. I was made like a barrier between her and another guy in class. She was terrified of him and I had to be the one to so-called ‘help’ her from the ‘evil’ guy. That was when I gotta know her better and honestly, she was really a very cute little individual. The way she does her things in class sometimes shocks me but when thinking back, that was her and that was what made Kar Man, Kar Man. The rest of the year saw both of us slowly getting closer but when we had to switch classes, she sat somewhere a bit further away.

When this year started, she took her seat on a row in front of me. Yes, she was still the same. Though we did not really contact each other during the holidays, she didn’t change much coming back to Upper Six. She was still her cute self but this time, she was willing to get closer with the rest of the class, not just to a certain number of people. She showed how much she loved frogs(only animated cute looking ones) at first and well, that was what she got for her birthday last year.

Kar Man was someone that I found, very vulnerable at times and she always seemed to be taken advantage upon, by others in the aspect of homework and other school related stuff. But that did not mean she couldn’t hold up for herself because she did. But she usually doesn’t do it on her own. And maybe that was how and why I decided to choose her as the youngest sibling in the family tree created for the whole class.

To those who have yet to meet this girl, be prepared because she may be shy at first glance, but she is a little spectacle to behold. Kar Man is a very good friend once you get to know her and if you are a guy, learn to keep your hands to yourself because she is not one to fancy itchy fingers. But it’s alright because a girl’s gotta protect herself in any way she can…

What more can I say of this girl? Her smile is something to enjoy everytime you go to school and see her. Most probably someone would know this better because she smiles at him every morning and wishes him good morning too.

Kar Man also did taught me about life, how sometimes there is a need to be hardworking and also attentive to others. Kar Man has always been peace-loving and this has made her to love many things in life especially animals. Yes, I did give her a puppy that maybe she might be feeling kinda unhappy about now but I say that she will grow up to love it like the other animals she have owned before. Treat her well, Kar Man and she will do the same too. Oh, right now, she is really into bunnies! And she really adores them very much. check out her facebook profile picture for confirmation.

Though she may have been in a kindergarden before and she doesn’t seem to have enjoyed the children there, but she shows many attributes of a wonderful mother and she will do fine in any career she chooses to take in the future. Her determination in whatever she is doing is what that will propel her forward. Her sweet and tender personality will bring her a lovely husband who would protect her well and they will live happily, I know that because she has her other ‘older siblings’ to protect her if anything every goes wrong.

Conclusively, Kar Man will lead a very cute life in the future and she will be very cheerful as always. Maybe she thinks I have been praising too much but this is the honest truth. Remember that you will always be the little sister in the family and that we will protect each other no matter what. Smile always because you have been given a smile that can lighten many others. Frown less because frowning uses more muscles!

Yup, this is Thong Kar Man. Hopefully, she does not feel offended at anything I said in my article because if I did, I can only apologize for being genuine in my words about her.

Other articles will be coming up and hopefully, I have more to write about the next person…I really hope I have not offended anybody yet in my articles because I will feel very awful if those offences are not addressed to me to be notified.
